The following will show you a step by step guide to create individual iPhone ringtone on Mac OS. Before making the ringtone, you need to download iPhone Ringtone Maker for Mac and run it on your Mac computer.
Step 1. Input file
Add a song you want to make ringtone in the window that pops up, then click "OK" button. You will see the file path and name are displayed in the "Input File" textbox.
Step 2. Choose a part of the song
Click "Play" button to listen to music before creating ringtone and trimming the segment you want.
Step3. Set output destination
1. Click "Browse" button on the right side of the "Local Output File" label.
2. If you want, check "Export to iPhone" option to let the program transfer the output ringtone to your iPhone 3G directly after conversion.
