Download YouTube video/audio.
If you have not yet downloaded your favorite YouTube video., you can use the free YouTube Downloader(freeware) to finish the downloading or you can use this website (www.listentoyoutube.com) to extract mp3 form YouTube for free.

Step by step guide:
Step 1: Input YouTube Video/audio which you had download
Click the icon to open the iPhone Ringtone Maker and drag YouTube video or audio directly to the program for making ringtone.
Step 2: Trim YouTube video/audio to iPhone ringtone.
